New destination in Lebanon

Inaugural flight to Beirut: SUNDAIR launches new nonstop service from Nuremberg

Today, Tuesday, December 23, German airline Sundair launched a new direct service from Nuremberg: a nonstop flight to the Lebanese capital Beirut. The vibrant metropolis is considered a cultural melting pot with numerous museums, traditional markets, and a lively nightlife.

For many people in the Nuremberg metropolitan region, the new direct connection is a great relief: numerous citizens have close family ties to Lebanon and neighboring regions. The nonstop flight makes visiting family and friends much easier and more comfortable.

In addition to family visits, Beirut is also interesting for individual travelers. The city offers a fascinating mix of history, culture, and modern lifestyle. The German Foreign Office provides up-to-date information on the travel and security situation.

The new route will initially be served once a week, on Tuesdays. Tickets can now be booked at sundair.com.
