When using Google Maps for navigation, please make sure to select 'Airport Nürnberg' as your destination, not 'Flughafen Nürnberg'. Otherwise, the navigation may be incorrect and direct you to the wooded area north of the airport. This issue has already been reported and is being addressed.

By public transport
Underground
The U2 underground line connects Nuremberg Central Station directly to the airport. The travelling time from the main train station to the airport is only 12 minutes - comfortable and quick. The stop for the underground is directly infront of the terminal.
Bus
Bus line 30, 33 and the NightLiner N12 connect Erlangen, Fürth and Nuremberg with Albrecht Dürer Airport. The bus stop is directly infront of the terminal. You can buy your desired ticket online via the VGN online store.
By cab
Cabs are available for you around the clock at Nuremberg Airport.
By bicycle
Bicycle racks are available along the terminal. You can leave your bike there during your vacation. Please note that the racks are not specifically monitored, and we do not assume any liability for bicycles left there.
Taking the Lufthansa Express Bus to Munich
The Lufthansa Express Bus offers a direct connection from Nuremberg Airport to Munich Airport. The bus schedule follows the arrivals and departures for flights from Munich Airport.
Online or mobile check‑in is available from 23 hours up to 15 minutes before departure, and passengers receive separate boarding passes for both the Lufthansa Express Bus and their connecting flight. The boarding pass also functions as the bus ticket. Please note that travel is only possible with a ticket booked and paid for in advance, as tickets cannot be purchased on the bus.
