Festival SUmmer: Increased traffic and pedestrian activity at Airport Nürnberg
For Travelers
During the festivals near the airport on June 14, June 21, June 28, and July 5 there will be increased traffic and pedestrian activity around the airport grounds. Please allow extra time for your journey to Nuremberg Airport. We recommend using public transportation whenever possible.
Festival Visitors
The best way to reach the festival is by public transport – the subway and bus will take you directly to the airport, and from there it's just a few minutes' walk to the festival grounds.
If you do choose to arrive by car: Parking garage P2 offers a special event rate of €10.
The festival parking rate is valid on the event day from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

By public transport
Subway
The U2 subway line connects Nuremberg Central Station directly with the airport. The journey time from the main station to the airport is twelve minutes.
Bus
Bus line 30 and bus line 33 connect Erlangen and Fürth with Albrecht Dürer Airport Nuremberg. You can buy your desired ticket online via the VGN online store.
By cab
Cabs are available for you around the clock at Nuremberg Airport.
